Greetings

“Musik Fest Nara” started in 2012, and we will have the 4th music festival this year.
We hope it leads to the culture promotion, tourist increase and local promotion in rainy season, which is off-season of the sightseeing. In addition, we hope citizens of Nara go out to the concerts held in many places in Nara, enjoy the music of various genres, and create healthy mind and body. We expect this music festival to cheer up Nara and everybody who encounters.
“Musik Fest Nara 2015” will have more performances in the middle and the southern part of Nara Prefecture, more events in cities, towns and villages, and create the bustle in the whole Nara prefecture. We continue to hold “Musik Platz”, the popular open-air concerts in Nara Park and Kasugano Enchi last year, and are preparing Okinawa music, wind music, jazz and more to entertain the wide rage of the people.
We hope you will realize splendor of the music and charm of Nara, and be proud of Nara Music Festival both in Japan and abroad, therefore, we thank your support and cooperation continuously.
In closing, I heartily thank all of you who have been making efforts on holding Musik Fest Nara.

Das Musikfest Nara, das in diesem Jahr schon zum 4. Mal stattfindet, ist zu einem wichtigen Bestandteil des kulturellen Jahresprogramms der Präfektur Nara geworden. Das Musikfest Nara findet nicht nur in Konzertsälen statt, sondern lässt die Musik an vielen verschiedenen Orten in der ganzen Stadt erklingen, so dass Bürger und Besucher Naras sich überall daran erfreuen können. Ich wünsche dem Musikfest Nara einen erfolgreichen Verlauf und allen Beteiligten und dem Publikum viel Freude mit der Musik!
